01Context
A local agency, in Marseille.
Parents looking for someone they can trust with their children, and who compare quickly.
Minots Minettes is a licensed in-home childcare agency based in Marseille, run by Linda Guenfici. Its website had to make people want to get in touch: show a local agency, explain each service clearly and make contact easy.

02Challenges
Reassure quickly, without showing prices.
Three challenges to meet in a single visit:
A parent looking for childcare compares several agencies within minutes. The site therefore had to reassure from the first screen, present ten services without showing any price (everything is by free quote) and explain financial aid that many families find complicated: the CAF childcare allowance (CMG) and the tax credit.
- Build trustFrom the first seconds.
- 10 servicesAll by quote, no price list.
- Complex aidCAF allowance and tax credit.
03Solution
A warm site with real tools.
Each page has its own world, colours and mascots.
We designed a complete, custom website: home, about, services, reviews, blog, recruitment and contact, plus the legal pages. Parents enter their own spending in the simulators, no agency price is shown, and the rates are centralised so they are easy to update when the government revalues them.
Minette, the chat assistant, answers parents’ questions from the site’s own content, without inventing a price or a link.
- 2 aid simulatorsCAF allowance and tax credit.
- MinetteAn assistant that answers without inventing.
- 2 formsRegistration and job application.
- RecruitmentReal testimonials from the caregivers.
- Google reviewsThe families’ genuine reviews.
- BlogTo support search visibility.
04Autonomy
The client runs her site herself.
Click a text, edit it, publish. No developer.
Texts and photos are edited in a visual editor: the client clicks a text directly on the page, the matching form opens, and the site updates. The site also sets no advertising trackers or audience-measurement tools, and the fonts are self-hosted.
| Without an editor | With the Commit editor | |
|---|---|---|
| Change a text | Ask a contractor | One click on the page |
| Change a photo | Wait | Drag, publish |
| Advertising trackers | Often present | None |
05Results
A site that reassures, and stays alive.
Financial aid is explained and simulated online, and the content evolves without waiting for anyone.
The site relies on Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript, to stay fast, accessible and easy to maintain. Families find their answers, candidates apply with their CV, and the agency receives every request straight by email.
